Rotarians reminded of flu facts
Ann Kenny (left), public health liaison with the Office of Planning and Epidemiology in Augusta, spoke to the Washington Rotary Club at its regular meeting on Thursday, February 17, and told members many interesting facts about the flu season and the recent outbreak of flu in the area. She pointed out things that contribute to a heightened susceptibility to the flu and offered some recommendations on how to prevent and treat it. Delores Anderson (right) was the sponsor of the meeting's program.
