Agnes Louvonia Huff Porter Funeral services for Agnes Louvonia Huff Porter, 88, were held Tuesday, February 27, 2007, at Clifford Grove Baptist Church, Rayle, with Rev. A.J. Richardson officiating. Interment was in the church cemetery. She died Thursday, February 22. Mrs. Porter was a native of Wilkes County and was the daughter of the late Zack and Daisy Huff. She was the widow of Howard Porter. She was a member of the Clifford Grove Baptist Church where she served on many auxiliaries. Survivors include three daughters, Mary A. Williams, Lithonia, Nuzette P. Jenkins, and Betty P. Booker, Rayle; three sons, Raymond Porter, Orzell Porter, and Willie H. Porter of Washington; two sisters, Lucy B. Jones, Elberton, and Marhila Walton, Hartford, Conn.; 11 grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren; and three great-great-grandchildren. Grandsons served as pallbearers.
McLendon Memorial Funeral Home of Washington was in charge of arrangements.
