College choir to sing at First Baptist March 25

35 voices strong, the Brewton-Parker Concert Choir commands a diverse repertoire.
The Concert Choir of Brewton- Parker College will present a concert at the First Baptist Church, Washington, on Sunday evening, March 25, at 7 p.m.

The choir is a select 35-voice ensemble that presents concerts drawn from a diverse repertoire representing musical styles ranging from the 16th century to the present.

The choir is under the direction of Mark Bowdidge, an assistant pro- fessor of music at the college. He has served as the choir's director since 2001.

Brewton Parker College is a private, four-year Christian college in Mount Vernon, with external campuses and centers in Baxley, Glennville, Hinesville, Newnan, Norman Park, and Savannah. The college is affiliated with the Georgia Baptist Convention and offers a caring, Christian environment that nurtures the whole student.
