First Baptist Silver Streaks enjoy hobo supper March 3

The Silver Streaks of First Baptist Church enjoyed a hobo supper on Saturday evening, March 3, in the Mary Callaway Burton Fellowship Hall.

John Webster welcomed everyone and introduced Hobo Martin Burgess who provided a few minutes of entertainment. Mr. Webster offered the blessing before a hobo dinner and dessert.

Tables were covered in brown and featured lighted logs, bandana hobo bags, tin can votives and Mason jars of daffodils.

After dinner and dessert, Mary Hubbard led the group in games of bingo with grab bag prizes.

Thomas Fanning led in a closing prayer as members and guests departed.
