Ava Wright guest of honor at first birthday party
Ava Wright, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Paul Wright of Rayle, celebrated her first birthday on Saturday, March 3, with a party at her home. Her birthday was March 7.
Ava and her family enjoyed her two-tiered carousel cake made by her grandmother, Mrs. Tim Stewart. A smaller cake in the same décor and topped with one candle was especially for Ava. Served with birthday cake were Cheese Puffs, peanut butter and jelly sandwiches, pimento cheese sandwiches, barbecue and hot wings, grapes and cheese, a vegetable tray, sausage swirls, potato candy, M&M's and Little Smokies.
Pony rides were given by Ava's uncle and aunt, Mr. and Mrs. Dan Wright of Washington.
Celebrating with Ava and her parents were her grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Tim Stewart of Rayle and Mr. and Mrs. Robert Wright of Washington; great-grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Johnny Shedd of Rayle and Mr. and Mrs. Harrison Stewart of Washington; Alyssa Stewart and Mrs. Rodney Shedd, Mil, Matt and Morgan, of Rayle, Lynn Shedd and Ricky of Comer, Mrs. Darren Paul and Garret of Lexington, Cody Paul and Ashtyn of Carlton, Mr. and Mrs. Josh Fincher and Jade of Tignall, Mr. and Mrs. Dan Wright and Breanna, Mr. and Mrs. Dwayne McLeroy, Joshua, Cody, Elizabeth and Erin, Mrs. C.J. Gilland and Cayla, Pattie Stewart and Patrick, and Amanda, Alex and Abby Lin of Washington.
