Joyce Williams is an Outstanding Educator
Wilkes County Superintendent of Schools Joyce Williams was presented with the Georgia Retired Educators Association Outstanding Educator Award recently by Welcome E. Mason, retired Lincoln Co. principal and member of the Wilkes- Lincoln Retired Educators Association.The meeting saluted Williams' 34 years of service and the achievements she has marked during her tenure. The meeting was held at Southern Elegance Bed and Breakfast Inn in Washington.
