We will have regular services on Easter Sunday, April 8, at Clifford's Grove Baptist Church. After worship service we will have a covered dish meal. Make plans to be with us. ..Mr. and Mrs. James Sherrer and Mrs. Iris Dyson attended the Country Cooking Supper at Fishing Creek Baptist Church Saturday evening and enjoyed the delicious food. ..Mr. and Mrs. Willard Lance spent the day Saturday with Elizabeth Barber in Athens. ..Mrs. Iris Dyson was among friends who attended a party at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Pembroke Pope Saturday afternoon. They celebrated birth- days of several people and the children enjoyed an Easter egg hunt. ..Mrs. Ricky McCarty left Sunday to stay until Tuesday with her sister, Mrs. Gail Hammock, in Warwick. ..Mrs. Iris Dyson was the guest of honor at a family dinner celebrating her birthday at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Charles Hopkins in Elberton Sunday. Those joining her and the hosts were Mr. and Mrs. Justin Turner and Harrison and Mr. and Mrs. Lance Hopkins. ..I went with James to the five o'clock services at Wilkes County Baptist Church Sunday. After services we all went into the fellowship hall to celebrate the birthday of Mrs. Evelyn Bunch. We sang "Happy Birthday" to her, then enjoyed a beautiful and delicious cake and ice cream. ..Tad Hopkins of Eatonton visited his grandmother, Mrs. Iris Dyson, Sunday afternoon.
