New Salem Baptist Church will have an Easter Sunrise Service on Sunday, April 8, at 6 a.m. with Pastor Robert Crawford as the speaker. Breakfast will be served following the service. .. New Springhill Baptist Church at Philomath will have a women's day conference Saturday, March 31, 9 a.m.-1 p.m. Breakfast will begin at 8:15 a.m. On Sunday, April 1, at 2:30 p.m., the women's day program will begin. Self-guided audio tours of Washington's historic Resthaven Cemetery are available at the Washington Historical Museum on East Robert Toombs Avenue. The price for the 30-minute tour is $5.00 per person with special group rates available. It is offered from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Tuesday- Saturday, and Sunday from 12:30 p.m. to 2:30 p.m. ..
