Top students get recognition at Nat Greene Acad.

Several Wilkes County students received awards for their academic study at Nathanael Greene Academy for the third quarter.

Students named to the headmaster's list for making 90 and above in all subjects were Olivia Bailey, Jake Echols, and Ash Gabriel, first grade; Easton Smith, second grade; Will Price, fourth grade; and Abby Smith, seventh grade.

Shelby Bailey was named to the honor roll for having a 90+ overall average with no grades below 85 in any subject. She is a fourth grader.

Honorable mention went to two students with an overall average of 85 or higher with no grades below 80 in any subject. These were Anna Claire Gunter, fourth grade; and Bailey Echols, seventh grade.
