Cattlemen award scholarship
Brett Walker (right), a junior at the University of Georgia majoring in Landscape Architecture, accepts the Wilkes County Cattlemen's Association scholarship from President Alan Bridges. The $500 presentation was made at the organization's March meeting. Brett is the daughter of Midge and Clay Walker of Rayle.
