Florine Cobb and Thomas Norman announce their plans to marry.

The bride-elect is the daughter of Mrs. Carrie Belle Cobb and the late Jame Lee Cobb of New York.

Mr. Norman is the son of the late Bennie and Millie Norman of Tignall.

The couple plans to marry on Saturday, May 12, at 3 p.m. at New Saints CME Church at 515 Baltimore Road. A reception will follow at the Washington-Wilkes Country Club on the Thomson Road.

Relatives and friends are cordially invited to attend.
