Jessica Irene Davis Matthew Ryan Gasperson

Rev. and Mrs. Clyde Davis of Tignall announce the engagement of their daughter, Jessica Irene, to Matthew Ryan Gasperson, son of Mr. and Mrs. Roger Gasperson of Pisgah Forest, N.C.

The bride-elect is the granddaughter of Mrs. Doris Maynard Davis and the late William Cooksey Davis of Lincoln County and the late Lucile Bailey Heard and Barney Heard of Tignall.

She is a 2003 honor graduate of Washington-Wilkes Comprehensive High School and will be graduating this year from Holmes Bible College in Greenville, S.C., with an A.A. degree in Pastoral Ministry.

Mr. Gasperson is the grandson of Mrs. Macie Allison Gasperson and the late Oscar Lee Gasperson of Pisgah Forest, N.C., and the late Cordelia Thompson Cannon and Howard Cannon of Rabun County.

He is a l996 graduate of Rosman High School in Rosman, N.C., and a 1998 honor graduate of ITT Technical School where he earned an A.A. degree in Computer Aided Drafting. He will be graduating in April from Holmes Bible College with an A.A. degree in Pastoral Ministry.

The wedding is planned for April 21 at 4 p.m. at First Assembly of God in Greenville, S.C. All family members and friends are invited to attend.
