Christy Dove entertained at miscellaneous shower Mar. 31

April bride-elect Christy Dove was honored with a miscellaneous shower Saturday, March 31, in the Family Life Center of Rehoboth Baptist Church in Elbert County given by Gloria Hambrick, Carol Norman and Becky David.

For the occasion Miss Dove, whose marriage to Joey David of Dewy Rose will be an event of April 28, wore a navy skirt with light blue pin stripes and a light blue blouse. Her hostesses presented her a corsage of yellow daisies tied with light green ribbon.

A large arrangement of yellow tulips was placed on the center table.

The refreshment table, covered in white linens, held a beautiful cut glass punch bowl as its focal point. Delicious party foods were served with punch.

Approximately 40 guests attended. Special guests were the bride-elect's mother, Jane Moore of Iva, S.C., and Barbara David of Dewy Rose, mother of the prospective bridegroom.
