Tanner Guinn guest of honor at miscellaneous shower Apr. 15 Tanner Guinn, bride-elect of Tom Bridges, was feted at a miscellaneous shower Sunday afternoon, April 15, at the Washington Woman's Club. Hostesses for the occasion were Brooke Pearson of Milledgeville, Ginny Barnett, LaVonda Tanner and Peggy Tanner. In honor of the occasion Miss miscellaneous shower Apr. 15 Guinn was presented a pale pink gerbera daisy corsage that complemented her pink V-neck blouse and pink and brown skirt with draping hemlines. Large ferns flanked the front entrance and the front door featured a gerbera daisy wreath with pink and yellow accent flowers. Tables were covered in light pink and centered with hot pink gerbera daisies planted in silver buckets. A delicious assortment of party foods was served from the dining table that held a beautiful center arrangement of fresh cut flowers. Ivy surrounded the base of the punch bowl filled with party punch. The hostesses presented the brideelect a platter in informal dinnerware and a meat fork in her chosen pattern.
Forty guests were invited. Special guests included Miss Guinn's mother, Teresa Tanner; grandmothers, Robbie Tanner and Linda Guinn; great-grandmother, Martha Belle Guin; sister, Lauren Guinn; the prospective bridegroom's mother, Birder Mae Bridges, and sister, Tammy Gunter.
