Citizens request that Wills Memorial issue be put on agenda
TO THE WILKES COUNTY BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS:

We, the undersigned, respectfully request that this issue of the county endorsing the Wills Memorial Hospital project be put on the agenda for the May 10, 2007, meeting, invite an expert in the area of revenue bonds and someone who has the knowledge to explain the reimbursement of "Critical Access" hospitals to present the facts.

We also request an open public discussion among the commissioners, a motion, second, and vote one way or the other. A non-vote regarding the important issue of local healthcare by our elected officials is unacceptable.

We thank our commissioners for their time and service to Wilkes County and their consideration in this matter. We await your action and decision.
