'Make a good and faithful decision'

This letter is in reference to the May 3 editorial "Make a good and faithful decision."

Thank you for your excellent explanation of the problems facing Wills Memorial Hospital and of the solution to those problems. We wholeheartedly agree with every point you made.

The citizens of Wilkes County should reread the editorial and collectively demand that their elected officials become "good and faithful servants." (Matthew 25:14-30)

No one can deny that our county is in a downward trend. Our thriving hospital is perhaps our very best asset. It must be supported and preserved!
