Wilkes EMS to hold EMT night classes beginning June 12

The Wilkes County Emergency Medical Services (EMS) will be conducting an Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) class beginning June 12, and continuing through February 2, 2008.

The classes will be held on Tuesday and Thursday nights from 6 to 10 p.m., with an occasional Saturday class.

There will be a meeting for anyone who is interested in attending the classes on Thursday, May 24, at 6 p.m. The meeting will be held at the EMS office adjacent to Wills Memorial Hospital. Information on what is required for the class will be given at this time.
