W-WCHS to honor highest achievers Monday, May 14

Washington-Wilkes Comprehensive High School will have Honors Day 2007 on Monday, May 14, at 9 a.m. in the school gymnasium.

Each subject area within the high school will distribute awards to students who have reached the highest level of performance in their classes.

Students who have made the honor roll or had perfect attendance for the school year will also be recognized.

Members of the Class of 2007 will be honored as they march into the gymnasium wearing their graduation regalia and take their special seating assignment.

"We would like to extend an invitation to parents and community members who wish to share in this special day," says Principal Andrew Jackson. "Please join us for this celebration of excellence."
