Sadie Cofer Willis

Funeral services for Sadie Cofer Willis, 91, were held Saturday, May 5, 2007, at McLendon Memorial Funeral Home, Washington, with Rev. John Gartrell officiating. Interment was in the Pole Branch Baptist Church Cemetery, Tignall. She died Saturday, April 28.

Mrs. Willis was the daughter of the late Nan and Willie Tate. She had been a member of Pole Branch Baptist

Church and while living in Atlanta was a member of Union Baptist

Church. She was the widow of Ernest Bell and Johnny Willis.

Survivors include a brother, Thomas Tate; a sister, Willie Mae Tate; four grandchildren, Robert Bell Jr., Wayne Bell, Marilyn Bell, and Dinora Nunally; and four greatgrandchildren.
