Mark, Emily Waters host friends from Annapolis, Maryland

Don and Marilyn McManus of Annapolis, Md., were guests of Mark and Emily Waters at their home on East Robert Toombs Avenue last Tuesday and Wednesday.

Lt. Commander (Ret.), USN, McManus and Dr. Waters served together in the Division of Math and Science at the United States Naval Academy. Upon his retirement, Dr. Waters served as his Master of Ceremonies.

The foursome toured Washington, had lunch on The Square, and went to the site of the l865 gold robbery at the Chennault Plantation.

The McManuses plan to return to Washington in the fall for Mule Day.
