Jessica Irene Davis of Tignall became the bride of Matthew Ryan Gasperson of Greenville, S.C., in a double-ring ceremony Saturday, April 21, at four o'clock in the afternoon at the First Church of the Nazarene in Greenville, S.C. Rev. Ken Owen Jr. of Greenville, S.C., and Rev. Clyde O. Davis of Tignall, father of the bride, officiated.

The bride is also the daughter of Mrs. Clyde O. Davis of Tignall.

The bridegroom is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Roger E. Gasperson of Pisgah Forest, N.C.

Vows were spoken before an altar decorated with two seven-light arch candelabra and an arrangement of calla lilies. The couple lighted the unity candle to the recorded music, "Broken Road" by Rascal Flatts, as guests watched a slide show of the couple.

Other recorded selections included "Dare You to Move" by Switchfoot for the prelude and "Everything" by Lifehouse for the processional. During the ceremony the selection "This is Your Life" by Switchfoot was played as the couple presented a slideshow of their grandparents and lighted candles in memory of each one. Jayson Sharrod and Band of Greenville, S.C., played "The Time Has Come" by Hillsong United as the recessional.

Mr. Gasperson was his son's best man. Ushers were cousins of the bride, Ty Norman and Gerrin Norman, both of Tignall. Groomsmen were Mick Gasperson of Pisgah Forest, N.C., brother of the bridegroom, and Eric Shuler of Brevard, N.C.

Will Picklesimer of Lakemont, cousin of the bridegroom, was ring bearer.

Given in marriage by her father, the bride was radiant in a white satin A-line gown fashioned with sheer cap sleeves and a chiffon split front skirt. Metallic embroidered detailing accented the bodice and skirt which flowed into a chapel train. Embroidered detailing embellished her veil.

Her bouquet of calla lilies was finished with a white satin bow.

For her daughter's wedding Mrs. Davis chose a navy dress finished with a corsage of roses.

Mrs. Gasperson, the bridegroom's mother, also chose a navy dress. Her corsage was roses.
