Mrs. Jeremy Goldman honored at baby shower on May 5

Mrs. Jeremy Goldman was guest of honor at a baby shower on Saturday morning, May 5, at the home of Mr. and Mrs. David Chafin. Hostesses for the occasion in addition to Mrs. Chafin were Mrs. Scott Chafin, Mrs. Greg Scott, Mrs. Thomas Gunter, Mrs. Larry McAvoy and Mrs. Sam Scott.

Mrs. Goldman was presented a white daisy corsage accented with blue diaper pins and a blue bow.

From the buffet table overlaid with a white cloth and centered with a vase of yellow Gerber daisies was served an assortment of miniature muffins, ham biscuits, cheese straws, sausage balls, fresh fruits with dip, ginger snaps with cream cheese and apricot preserve spread and cake squares with blue baby booties. Also served was a yellow fruit punch and coffee.

The hostesses presented Mrs. Goldman a baby swing.

Fifty-four guests were invited.
