Zelma Crew

Funeral services for Zelma "Noodie" Crew, 69, were held Saturday, May 26, 2007, at Flint Hill Baptist Church, Washington, with Rev. Larry O. Norman officiating. Interment was in the church cemetery. She died Wednesday, May 23, at Doctors Hospital, Augusta.

Mrs. Crew was a native of Wilkes County and was the daughter of the late Daisy Colley and Fred Andrews.

Survivors include her husband, Fred Crew; five children, Fred Crew Jr., Brenda Brittain, Dorothy Freeman, Loretta Woods, and Tina Stone; a brother, Jimmie L. Colley; 12 grandchildren; and four greatgrandchildren.

Nephews served as pallbearers.

Davenport & McLendon Mortuary Inc. of Washington was in charge of arrangements.
