University names students on President's, Dean's lists

The University of Georgia has announced the names of undergraduate students who were named Presidential Scholars or achieved the Dean's List for the spring semester.

The Presidential Scholar designation recognizes undergraduates who have scored a perfect 4.0 grade point average during the semester. Michael Douglas Wynne, 490 Wright Road, Tignall, was named a Presidential Scholar. He is a student in the School of Pharmacy.

Students named to the Dean's List have earned a 3.5 grade point average or higher out of a possible 4.0.

Wilkes County students named to the Dean's List are:

William Gerome Morgan, a senior in Agriculture and Environmental Sciences.

Audra Elizabeth Chapman, a senior in Agriculture and Environmental Sciences.

Bonnie Elizabeth Bounds, a sophomore in Arts and Sciences.

Adam Leslie Russell, a senior in Environment and Design.

Cindy L. Jorgensen, professional, Pharmacy.
