W-WCHS Class of 97 sets 10-year reunion for Sat., August 18

The Washington-Wilkes Comprehensive High School Class of 1997 will have its tenth year reunion on Saturday, August 18, from 10 a.m. until 5 p.m.

The event will be held at the Amity Recreation Site, "Blue Gill Way," and is for class members and their families.

The reunion committee asks that class members let them know if they plan to come -- or if they are unable to come -- by June 30, by contacting Suzie Mitchell Weaver at 706-285-2627; or Lori Roth Tucker at 706-678-4948.

An estimated cost is about $30 or $35 per family for the day, depending on the number of people attending.
