Mary Willis Library's reading program sets activities all summer

The Vacation Reading Program at the Mary Willis Library is in full swing with activities every day.

Wendy Bennett did wonderful storytelling on June 6 and children have participated in workshops where they decorated backpacks and bandanas with colorful designs and painted stamps. Story Time has been enjoyed by children at the library and at many of the day care centers in the county.

On June 19 there will be a 10 a.m. performance by Picadilly Puppets. No registration is required. Story Time is also held each Friday at the library at 10:30 a.m.

Children and parents are encouraged to sign up for the Vacation Reading Program. It's great fun.
