Self-guided audio tours of Washington's historic Resthaven Cemetery are available at the Washington Historical Museum on East Robert Toombs Avenue. The price for the 30-minute tour is $5.00 per person with special group rates available. It is offered from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Tuesday- Saturday, and Sunday from 12:30 p.m. to 2:30 p.m.

Young's Chapel Baptist Church will have revival services June 25-28, with Rev. Dwight Foster, pastor of Hilliard Station Baptist Church, as guest speaker.

The annual Fourth of July Parade will get underway at 8 a.m. Wednesday, July 4, beginning at Fort Washington Park. Everybody is invited to participate in the walking parade. Bicycles, tricycles, strollers, scooters, and other nonmotorized vehicles are eligible for the patriotic walk. Pets are welcomed too.

Gibson Grove Baptist Church will have revival services July 1-3 with Pastor Dante Smith as the guest minister. Services start Sunday at 2:30 p.m., and Monday and Tuesday at 7:30 p.m.

Registration will be held for the Washington-Wilkes Parks and Recreation Department Summer Camp June 18-22. The camp is for boys and girls 4-6 years old and will be held at the Parks & Recreation Activity Building behind the gym.
