Self-guided audio tours of Washington's historic Resthaven Cemetery are available at the Washington Historical Museum on East Robert Toombs Avenue. The price for the 30-minute tour is $5.00 per person with special group rates available. It is offered from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Tuesday- Saturday, and Sunday from 12:30 p.m. to 2:30 p.m.

The annual Fourth of July Parade will get underway at 8 a.m. Wednesday, July 4, beginning at Fort Washington Park. Everybody is invited to participate in the walking parade. Bicycles, tricycles, strollers, scooters, and other nonmotorized vehicles are eligible for the patriotic walk. Pets are welcomed too.
