Wilkes students receive awards for academics at Nat. Greene

Nathanael Greene Academy has announced academic awards for the spring semester which involve Wilkes County students.

Students named to the headmaster's list for making all A's for the spring semester were Olivia Bailey, Jake Echols, and Ash Gabriel, first grade; Easton Smith, second grade; and Abby Smith, seventh grade.

Honorable mention for students with an overall average of 85 or higher with no grades below an 80 in any subject went to Hunter Futch, third grade; Will Price, fourth grade; and Bailey Echols, seventh grade.

Students on the headmaster's list for the entire 2006-2007 school year were Olivia Bailey, Jake Echols, Ash Gabriel, Easton Smith, and Abby Smith.

Shelby Bailey was an honor roll student for the entire school year. To be on the honor roll a student must have a 90+ overall average with no grade below an 85 in any subject.

Will Price and Bailey Echols received honorable mention for the year.
