'Community craft nights' held Tuesdays at The Ark, 6-9 p.m.

First Baptist Church is planning a series of community craft nights for the next several weeks.

The craft nights will be held at The Ark across the street from the church on Tuesday evenings from 6 to 9 p.m. and are coordinated by Amy Johnston. The next session is planned for July 10.

Anyone interested is invited to bring any project they would like to work on, such as sewing, knitting, scrapbooking, jewelry making, card making, etc., to share with others who will be attending.

"It would be great to have ladies of all ages to come together with their projects, share ideas, and visit with other ladies," Mrs. Johnston says. "We may even have someone teach a new craft each month.)
