New school: from a hayfieldto a construction site
The site of the new Wilkes County middle and high schools has been transformed from a hayfieldto a construction site, beginning a two-year project. Members of the community and the Board of Education held groundbreaking ceremonies Monday, July 2, at the Tignall Highway location.
