Lauren McAvoy named to spring Dean's List at Athens Technical

Lauren McAvoy of Washington- Wilkes has been named to the dean's list for the spring quarter at Athens Technical College.

In a letter of congratulations from Joyce Sansing, vice-president of academic affairs, the vice-president expressed pride in honoring exemplary full-time students who have earned academic distinction through their diligence and motivation. The recognition is awarded for having achieved a grade point average of 3.5-3.9.

Lauren has been accepted for the 2007 fall quarter in Radiography at Athens Technical College. This program utilizes a competitive admission process to select students and is a two-year associate degree program accredited by the Joint Review Committee on Education in Radiologic Technology.
