Bethel United Methodist sets revival services for Sunday

Bethel United Methodist Church, 3684 Scull Shoals Road, Washington, will have revival services beginning Sunday, July 22, at 7 p.m., and continuing through Wednesday, July 25.

Rev. Ken Deitle of St. Stephen United Methodist Church in Monroe will be preaching each night. He has served the Methodist Church since 1955 and although he officially retired in 1996, he was asked to return to ministry in 2000.

Rev. Deitle has traveled extensively throughout the world, crossed two oceans 40 times, and visited the Holy Land on 19 different occasions.

There will be a combination of both traditional and praise music each evening.

The congregation of the Bethel United Methodist Church invites anyone in the area to attend the services and all other services of the church during the year.
