Gary H. Smith Graveside services for Gary H. Smith, 60, of Warrenton were held Sunday, July 8, 2007, at the Johnson Cemetery in Warren County with Rev. Bryant D. Neal officiating. He died Thursday, July 5, at the University Hospital, Augusta. Mr. Smith was a native of Taliaferro County and had been a resident of Warren County since 1985. He was a former supervisor with Federal Paper Board for 30 years and was a member of the Raytown Baptist Church. Survivors include his wife, Ann T. Smith of Warrenton; two daughters and sons-in-law, Janice and Earl Leavenworth, Washington, and Shela and Tim Lawson, Tignall; two sons and daughters-in-law, Jeff and Donna Hinton, Gordon, and Jay and Christie Hinton, Sandersville; two sisters, Elaine S. Partain, Madison, and Patricia Heath, Union Point; his step-mother, Doris Smith, Siloam; and eight grandchildren, Dustin Hanson Turner, Jessica Turner, Will Lawson, Clay Lawson, Kyle Hinton, Brooke Hinton, Jacey Hinton, and Anna Hinton. Pallbearers included Dustin Turner, Kyle Hinton, Tim Lawson, Douglas Combs, Edward Smith, and Marvin Norman.
