Drunk driving, drug sales top July round up of Wilkes County arrests Deputies, police officers, state troopers, and probation and parole officershave been busy throughout Wilkes County during the month of July, with arrests for drunk driving and drug sales topping the report. Jose Rafael Ledezma, 36, of Washington, was arrested July 28 by Wilkes County deputies and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs. He was released on $666 bond. Fabian Lemuel Dye, 19, of Washington, was arrested July 26 by Wilkes County deputies and charged with burglary. He was held on $8,000 bond. John David Dye, 27, of Washington, was arrested July 16 by Wilkes County deputies and charged with child support. No bond was noted. Christopher Lamar Grant, 20, of Washington, was arrested July 26 by Wilkes County deputies and charged with burglary. He was held on $8,000 bond. James Robert Evans, 25, of Washington, was arrested July 25 by Wilkes County deputies and charged with possession of marijuana, and with possession, manufacturing, or distribution of a controlled substance or marijuana. He was held on $53,000 bond. Debra Smith, 43, of Washington, was arrested on July 23 by Washington Police and charged with disorderly conduct. She was released on $600 bond. Titus Edwards, 23, of Athens, was arrested on July 22 by Washington Police and charged with excessive volume radio, surrender of prior license, driving under the influence of drugs, a traffic violation, and a parole violation. He was held on $2,850 bond. Marlos Sherrer, 23, of Washington, was arrested on July 21 by Washington Police and charged with driving on a revoked or suspended license and driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs. He was released on $4,000 bond. Anthony Quinn Hearst, 36, of Washington, was arrested on July 20 by Wilkes County deputies and charged with deposit account fraud. He was released on $220 bond. Nicholus Landon Harris, 24, of Washington, was arrested on July 19 by Wilkes County deputies and charged with possession, manufacturing, or distribution of a controlled substance or marijuana. He was held on $50,000 bond. Alexandrea Harris, 21, of Washington, was arrested on July 18 by Wilkes County deputies and charged with possession and use of drug related objects; possession, manufacturing, or distribution of control substance or marijuana; and possession of marijuana. She was released on $56,000 bond. John Lee Lewis, 46, of Crawford- ville, was arrested on July 18 by Washington Police and charged with theft by shoplifting. He was held on $500 bond. Patricia Ann Myers, 40, of Lincolnton was arrested on July 18 by the Georgia State Patrol and charged with driving on a revoked or suspended license and a traffic violation. She was released on $2,000 bond. Tatjana Hanosek, 23, of Washington, was arrested on July 16 by Wilkes County deputies on July 16 and charged with possession, manufacturing, or distribution of controlled substance or marijuana. He was released on $8,000 bond. David Earl Freeman, 55, of Washington, was arrested on July 15 by the Georgia State Patrol and charged with driving on a revoked or suspended license. He was released on $3,000 bond. Mario Baylon, 42, of Washington, was arrested on July 15 by Washington Police and charged with surrender of prior license, no proof on insurance, and a traffic violation. He was held on $662 bond. Dulce Maria Solis, 39, of Millen, was arrested on July 14 by Wilkes County Deputies and was charged with surrender of prior license and speeding. She was released on $422 bond. John Christopher Warncock, 36, of Tignall, was arrested on July 14 by Wilkes County deputies and charged with battery. He was held on $5,000 bond. Dennis Blackmon, 23, of Washington, was arrested on July 13 by Wilkes County deputies and charged with limited driving permits for certain offenders; and with possession, manufacturing, or distribution of a controlled substance or marijuana. He was held on $28,000 bond. Anna Denise Freeman, 17, of Washington, was arrested on July 12 by Washington Police and charged with contributing to the delinquency of a minor. She was held on $5,000 bond. Sara M. Walton, 46, of Tignall, was arrested on July 8 by Wilkes County deputies and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, driving on a revoked or suspended license, and a traffic violation. She was released on $5,500 bond. Gerard M. Parks, 44, of Washington, was arrested July 7 by Wilkes County deputies and charged with disorderly conduct. He was held on $135 bond. Travis Jones, 36, of Rayle, was arrested on July 6 by Wilkes County deputies and charged with terroristic threats and acts and criminal trespassing. He was released on $20,000 bond. John C. Cooper Jr., 32, of Commerce, was arrested July 6 by Wilkes County deputies and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, and with a traffic violation. He was held on $3,000 bond. Maria G. Palacious, 34, of Rayle, was arrested on July 6 by Wilkes County deputies and charged with surrender of prior license. She was held on $295 bond. Juan Carlos Sanchez, 27, of Rayle, was arrested on July 6 by Wilkes County deputies and charged with violation of the open container law and surrender of prior license. He was held on $450 bond. Willie Turner, 29, of Rayle, was arrested on July 6 by the Georgia State Patrol and charged with driving on a revoked or suspended license and no proof of insurance. He was released on $2,000 bond. Timothy Ray Bradford, 52, of Morganton, was arrested on July 5 by the Georgia State Patrol and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, two traffic violations, and homicide by vehicle. He was released on $9,000 bond. Uzavest Henderson, 25, of Lincolnton, was arrested on July 5 by Washington Police and charged with driving on a revoked or suspended license. He was released on $713 bond. Jerome Barry Cox, 42, of Washington, was arrested on July 3 by the Georgia State Patrol and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs. He was held on $1,500 bond. Jessica BJ McCraw, 22, of Crawfordville, was arrested on July 3 by the Georgia State Patrol and charged with driving on a revoked or suspended license. She was released on $1,500 bond. Ricky Ray Nelson, 32, of Lincolnton, was arrested on July 3 by the Georgia State Patrol and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs. He was released on $1,500 bond. Dennis Ray Banks, 42, of Tignall, was arrested on July 2 by Wilkes County deputies and charged with possession of arms by a convicted felon and first offenders and a probation violation. He was held on $5,000 bond. Josh Thornton, 17, of Washington was arrested on July 2 by Wilkes County deputies and charged with burglary. He was released on $8,000 bond. Leonard Ricardo Lucas, 27, of Thomson was arrested on June 30 by the Georgia State Patrol and charged with two counts of driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs. He was released on $6,000 bond. Frances Ann Cofer, 44, of Washington, was arrested on June 30 by Washington Police and charged with aggravated assault. She was released on $10,000 bond. Russell L. Howard, 37, of Washington, was arrested on June 29 by Wilkes County deputies and charged with deposit account fraud. He was held on $320 bond. Joseph Almond Guin, 24, of Washington was arrested on June 29 by Washington Police and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs. He was released on $2,408 bond. Robert Lee Smith, Jr., 21, of Crawfordville, was arrested on June 26 by Washington Police and charged with a traffic violation, violation of the open container law, and possession of marijuana. He was released on $2,350 bond. Michael Todd Stopher, 18, of Washington, was arrested on June 26 by Wilkes County deputies and charged with burglary. He was released on $8,000 bond.
