Clark's Station sets homecoming, revival for week of Aug. 12

Clark's Station Baptist Church in North Wilkes County will have homecoming services Sunday, August 12. These services will be followed by revival services Monday through Wednesday, August 13-15.

Rev. Albert W. Huyck Jr., retired pastor of Ebenezer Baptist Church at Aonia and Pastor Emeritus of the First Baptist Church, Washington, will be the speaker at both services on Sunday, August 12. The morning service will begin at 11:15 a.m. and will be followed by lunch in the fellowship hall. The evening services will begin at 7:30 p.m.

Special music on Sunday will be provided by Mrs. Nancy Smith.

The revival services will begin at 7:30 p.m. Monday-Wednesday, with a different speaker each evening.

Monday's speaker will be Rev. Allen Danner, pastor of the Hephzibah Baptist Church. Tuesday's speaker will be Dr. Al Wright, pastor of the Waynesboro Baptist Church; and Wednesday, Rev. Paul Reviere of Lincolnton, pastor of Tabor Baptist Church.

Special music for the three nights will be by Renee Hall.

Rev. Clayton Sanders, pastor of the Clark's Station church, extends an invitation to anyone interested to attend all services of the church.
