Five-week trip covers the West
Ginny King (right) and Skeet Willingham presented an interesting program at the regular meeting of the Washington Rotary Club on Thursday, July 26, when they showed over 100 slides of their recent trip through the American West. Travelling through many states and eight national parks, they saw many natural and man-made wonders including the rock formations at Arches National Park and the carving at Mount Rushmore. Willingham reported that during the five-week trip, they never traveled on the same road twice, except for a small part of Interstate 285 around Atlanta as they were going and coming.
