Tignall Baptists go camping two weeks at Wild Cat Creek

Among those enjoying the Tignall Baptist camping trip to Wild Cat Creek were David and Joy Martin and their children, David J., Jack, and DJ.

A group from Tignall Baptist Church enjoyed the annual camping trip to Wild Cat Creek where they camped for two weeks.

A third generation of Tignall folks enjoyed going down Sliding Rock. Whitney Dawson went down the rock with her mom, Brooke Dawson. Gramdma Cissy Rogers had done it several years ago, but this time she said, "Been there, done that!"

Little Jade Fincher enjoyed wading in the creek, but wasn't quite ready for the sliding rock yet.

They were warned that the bears had been pretty active, so they needed to keep all food inside campers or vehicles. They didn't see any bears this year.
