Clifford's Grove Baptist Church will have homecoming Sunday, August 12. Services will begin with Sunday School at 10 a.m. and worship service at 11 a.m. Rev. Donnie Walton will be the speaker. A covered dish meal will be served in the fellowship hall following the service. Revival services will begin Sunday evening and go through Wednesday evening, beginning at 7:30 p.m. Everyone is invited to come. .We were happy to have Rev. Donnie Walton and his mother at services Sunday morning and we are looking forward to hearing him in revival next week. .Mr. and Mrs. Roger Wilkinson of Glennville visited Mrs. Iris Dyson last Monday. .Chris Lance of Griffin joined Mr. and Mrs. Willard Lance and attended the Bailey-Latimer family reunion held at the Fitzpatrick Hotel Saturday. After the meal they enjoyed a time of fellowship, looking at pictures, and sharing family stories. .Mrs. Carl Hayden and Philip of Martinez spent Thursday with Mr. and Mrs. James Sherrer. Ray Branham, Gay, Whitney, and Charlie joined them for lunch. We celebrated her birthday which was July 29. .Charlie Branham spent Wednesday night with his friend, Benjamin Hodges. .Sincere sympathy is extended to the family of Pete Stevens who died Saturday. He was the brother of Mrs. Henry Branham.
