Mr. and Mrs. Nathan Clarke of Lakeland, Fla., spent Friday through last Tuesday with Mr. and Mrs. Lynn Gay. .Randy Goldman, Connie, Misty and Jonathan Johnson of Lincoln County were supper guests of Mrs. Sara Huff, Cassie Goldman, Bryson, and Mitch Taylor Friday evening. Cassie and Mitch prepared most of the meal. .Mrs. Lucille Ingram, Trudy Ingram, and Roy Chesnut spent last weekend with Mr. and Mrs. Kevin Davenport and Tyler in Hayesville, N.C. .Mr. and Mrs. Matthew Ryll, Connor and Calley spent Saturday with Lona and Roy Chesnut and Mrs. Lucille Ingram. .Aubrye Walker and Odell Witcher of Athens spent Thursday with Linda Standard and Peyton.
.Mr. and Mrs. Richard Phillips spent Friday in Augusta. .Happy birthday to Bobby Ansley Jr. Mrs. Carl Hughey, Linda Stan- dard and Peyton visited Mr. and Mrs. Ansley on Sunday. (It was Bobby's 40th.) .Cassie Goldman and Bryson spent the weekend with Deanne Johnson in Hull and all attended church together Sunday. .I spent Thursday in Augusta to visit my ophthalmologist. It was 108 degrees and felt every bit of it. .Happy birthday to all celebrating a birthday this week. .Sincere love and sympathy to all who recently lost loved ones. .
