Wilkes Grand Jury returns 51 true bills, 20 no bills for August Superior Court

The Wilkes County Grand Jury returned 51 true bills last week for the August term of the Wilkes County Superior Court. There were 20 no bills. The officeof the Clerk of the Court has released the following true bills, listed by defendant and offense:

Aaron Alexander: violation of Georgia Controlled Substances Act (VGCSA) possession with intent to distribute marijuana; and speeding.

Tequilla Renise Allen: making false statements; making false report of a crime.

Christine Blackwell: theft of lost or mislaid property.

Timothy Ray Bradford: two counts of homicide by vehicle; two counts of driving under the influence of drugs; one count of driving too fast for conditions.
