A little too fast for the curve
The Tignall Highway was blocked for some two hours Sunday afternoon when this truck, loaded with wood chips, left the road and overturned, sliding several hundred feet and coming to rest across the highway. Georgia State Patrol Trooper Robby Turner investigated the accident, and said that the driver was not injured, and may be charged with speeding. First responders used some of the truck's load of shredded wood chips to soak up spilled diesel fuel. The road was opened to traffic after a two-hour cleanup.
