Tells of school's excellence
Washington-Wilkes Primary School Principal Dr. Rosemary Caddell was the guest speaker for the Washington Rotary Club on Thursday, September 13, where she told members that her school's motto, "Excellence Without Exception," applies to every facet of the activities at the school. She said that more than half the teachers at W-WPS have advanced degrees and that students' test scores are well above state and national averages. Steve Albertson, a member of the Wilkes County Board of Education (right), was program chairman for the day.
