Harper's Personal Care residents enjoy visiting with family, friends

Residents celebrating birthdays in September were Mrs. Sara Curtis and Mrs. Pete Strother.

Rev. Dale Fincher presented a devotional and singing for the residents.

Jimmy and Linda Griggs had lunch with Mrs. Sara Curtis.

Caroline Jump visited Mrs. Eva Reed.

Visiting Miss Margaret Durden were Mary and Pat Darden.

Darinda Holiday went shopping. ƒMrs. Lois Flynt went riding with her granddaughter, Laura Cleveland. ƒJoan G. Moon visited the residents. ƒRachel, Michael and James Beard visited Shirley Beard.

Gests of Mr. Sara Curtis were Jon, Noelle, Brennah, Maggie and Findlay Griggs. Finn is Mrs. Curtis' new great-grandson. He was born September 3.

Albert and Eudora Huyck presented a devotional for the residents and sang with them.

Mrs. Sara Curtis went to the annual Kiwanis dinner with Jim and Linda Griggs.

Billy Blakey and Shirley St. Clair visited Mrs. Lois Flynt.

Josephine Smith visited her sister Janice.

Sandra Pope visited Mrs. Pete Strother.

Matilda Bufford visited Mrs. Lois Flynt.

Sam Bradley visited Mrs. Marie Bradley and other residents.

Doris Rhodes visited Mrs. Lois Flynt. After the visit they went sightseeing.

Pat Winfree visited Mrs. Vena Mize.

Josephine Smith visited with her sister, Jackie.

Mrs. Sara Curtis visited with Jim and Linda Griggs. All of her grandsons and families and all of her great-grandchildren were together at the Griggs home.

Mrs. Pete Strother went to homecoming at Ebenezer Baptist Church and afterwards went to her granddaughter's birthday party. She also went to visit Megan and Scott Kennedy.
