Mildred Moore Hallford Funeral services for Mildred Moore Hallford, 91, of Washington were held Sunday, October 7, 2007, at Clifford's Grove Baptist Church, in the Lundberg community with Rev. John Lance and Rev. O'Neal Martin officiating. Interment was in the church cemetery. She died Thursday, October 4, at Wilkes Health Care Center. Mrs. Hallford was a native of Taliaferro County and was the widow of Roy Hallford. She was the daughter of the late Benjamin Henry Moore and Sarah Elizabeth Brannen Moore. She had worked at Royal Manufacturing Company and at Almar Manufacturing and was a member of the Clifford's Grove Baptist Church. Survivors include a sister, Sadie Bolton of Warrenton, and a number of nieces and nephews. Memorial contributions may be made to the Raytown Methodist Church, c/o Jackie Partridge, 6539 Lower Mill Rd., Crawfordville, GA 30631.
Hopkins Funeral Home of Washington was in charge of arrangements.
