Ghost mysteries to be explored Sat. night at historic old homes "We see the lady over and over," Marcia Campbell said. "But she doesn't seem to be aware of our presence." Campbell, curator of The Robert Toombs House State Historic Site, says there are plenty of true ghost stories in "Tales from the Toombs" Saturday night, from 6 to 9 p.m., while the Washington Historical Museum presents the "Mysteries of the Museum - Haunted Tour" The Robert Toombs House State Historic Site is located at 216 E. Robert Toombs Ave., and the Washington Historical Museum is nearby at 308 E. Robert Toombs Ave. A $5 admission ticket includes both museums. "There's definitely something going on here," Campbell said. "I've seen them, and too many other people have reported seeing things and hearing things, to deny it. I don't want to appear to have a 'haunted house' here, but…"
