W-W Elementary School expresses appreciation for generous support during recent bus tour visit
To The Editor :

All of us at Washington-Wilkes Elementary School wanted everyone in our community to know how much we appreciated our generous sponsors during our recent visit from the Georgia Partnership for Excellence in Education's annual bus tour. We were honored to be selected as a stop on the trip this year so that we could showcase our school, our faculty and staff, and our students.

We were also proud to showcase this wonderful community of which we are all a part. One visitor told us that Washington was "a hidden treasure that everyone should discover." What a wonderful compliment! We take pride in being but one part of an excellent school system that is supported by a community so dedicated to the education of its children.

Again, thank you for your support. Whether you gave of your services, products, money or time, we appreciate YOU, our wonderful sponsors!
