Happy birthday to Angie Mobley, Phillis Marett and Lou Bentley who are celebrating birthdays this week.

Sincere sympathy to Ronnie and Jenny Smith in the loss of Ronnie's mother recently.

Sara Huff, Cassie Goldman and Bryson made a trip to Ft. Gordon Saturday.

ƒMrs. Jenelle Newsome joined Rev. and Mrs. Jim Newsome on a trip to Martinez Tuesday to visit Mr. and Mrs. Jamie Newsome. On Sunday Mrs. Newsome attended church at Sardis Baptist Church and was dinner guest of Rev. and Mrs. Newsome.

Peyton Standard of Lexington, S.C., spent the weekend with Mr. and Mrs. Keith Standard. advertisement 1 time in the October ƒI visited my friend Carol Dragon in Martinez Wednesday and had lunch with her. Later I visited Mr. and Mrs. Richard Sleister in Columbia County. I also visited my parents, Mr. and Mrs. Henry Wallace, several times last week. I had dinner with them Sunday. My daughter, Shane Gaines of Winterville, spent Thursday with me.

Edward Young of Atlanta visited Mrs. Lucille Turpin Friday evening. Mrs. Elizabeth Dunnaway and Miss Lucille visited Mr. and Mrs. Billy Glenn Sunday afternoon.

Mr. and Mrs. Matthew Ryll, Connor and Calley of Washington, visited Mrs. Lucille Turpin Saturday and Sunday of week before last.

Miss Grace Dunaway and Alex Dunaway enjoyed supper with Beverly Teasley in Lincoln County Tuesday evening.

Trudy Ingram has been visiting Mrs. Betty Crawford in Columbia County.

Ebenezer Baptist Church will have its fall festival November 3. There will be activities for all ages. Come and join in the fun and bring a friend.

Russell Goldman of Doraville visited Sara Huff during the weekend. He and Sara, Cassie Goldman

and Bryson enjoyed dinner with the

Keith Standards and Peyton Sunday.

Bobby Ansley Jr. visited later

Sunday. Sara and Russ visited Mrs. Mary Vandiver Sunday afternoon. Lillie Crawford and Jo Crawford also visited Mary.

Randy Goldman, Connie and Misty Johnson of Lincoln County, Sara Huff, Carrie Goldman and Bryson enjoyed supper together Thursday evening.
