Dr. Lester Johnston to speak on RLS at Lunch & Learn

Wills Memorial Hospital will host a Lunch and Learn Thursday, November 8, at 12 p.m. in the hospital library.

Dr. Lester Johnston of Med-Link Washington will be speaking on Restless Leg Syndrome, otherwise known as RLS.

RLS affects up to 10 percent of American adults. They may have difficultylying down and sleeping, or sitting down and relaxing because their legs just won't let them.

RLS can have a significantphysical and emotional input on sufferers. Symptoms may interfere with their sleep and as a result they may feel sleepy during the day, too tired to participate in their daily activities. RLS is a chronic condition.
