Mr. and Mrs. Philip Sidney Robb Jr.
Lauren Michelle Leverett of Eatonton and Philip Sidney Robb Jr. of Washington were united in marriage Saturday, October 20, at fiveo'clock in the afternoon in the historic sanctuary of the First United Methodist Church in Eatonton. Rev. Brian George of Washington officiated.

The bride is the daughter of Mrs. Janice C. Leverett of Eatonton and Mr. and Mrs. John M. Leverett of Cordele.

The bridegroom is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Phil Robb of Washington.

Large bronze, yellow, white and rust chrysssanthemums lined the church steps and railings held ivory bows.

Melissa Batchelor of Eatonton tended the guest register at a table overlaid in ivory and decorated with a vase of orange spray roses and votive candles.

Inside, the altar held two wrought iron candelabra with arrangements of Leonidas roses, Black Magic roses, spray roses, orange and Burgundy snapdragons, solidago and ruscus. A matching arrangement adorned the unity candelabrum. Also used in decorating were two arrangements of orange and Burgundy snapdragons and gladioli, curly willow, myrtle and ruscus greenery, fall daisies and orange caspia. Pews were marked with chocolate bows, Black Magic roses, and hypericum berries.

Tim Echols of Washington and Philip Robinson of Greensboro lighted the candles.

Boyd Dennard of Eatonton presented the wedding music. Todd Swymer of Eatonton sang "Take My Life" during the lighting of the unity candle.

Mr. Robb was his son's best man. Usher-groomsmen were Ed Durham, Brandon Combs and Tim Echols of Washington, Jarret Leverett of Eatonton, brother of the bride, and Philip Robinson. All wore chocolate brown tuxedos with pinstripe latte vests and striped latte ties with boutonnieres of a single Leonidas rose, Burgundy solidago and hypericum berries. The bridegroom's boutonniere was an orange calla lily with hypericum berries.

Katie Collis of Eatonton was the honor attendant. Bridesmaids were Gretchen Robb Lamar of Tignall, sister of the bridegroom, Paige Doty of Savannah, Morgan Echols of Washington and Chelsea Leverett of Eatonton, cousin of the bride.

They wore latte satin strapless Aline gowns with trumpet skirts, each finished with a contrasting truffle sash, back half bow and brooch. They carried bouquets of Black Magic and Forever Yours roses, and hypericum berries.

Flower girl, Bailey Leger of Cordele, cousin of the bride, wore a spaghetti-strap satin champagne overskirt with a pleated waist and beaded lace on the neckline and skirt. She also wore a small rhinestone heart tiara with pearls and carried an ivory basket with champagne bows from which she tossed fall leaves.

Ring bearer, Alex Lamar of Tignall, nephew of the bridegroom, wore a tuxedo matching the groomsmen and carried an ivory pillow with truffle satin and a jewel flower cluster.

Given in marriage by her father, the bride was radiant in her strapless beaded metallic embroidered champagne gown with a satin pickup skirt and contrasting sash. The gown ended in a chapel train.

Her fingertip-length veil with beading matching her gown fell from a gold-brushed tiara with rhinestones and Swarovski crystals.

A pearl necklace, bracelet and earring set, given to the bride as a graduation gift from the bridegroom's mother, completed her ensemble.

She carried a bouquet of deep Burgundy and orange calla lilies, Leonidas, Black Magic and Forever Young roses, hypericum berries, solidago and seeded eucalyptus.

For her daughter's wedding Mrs. Leverett wore a slate blue chiffon dress with silver accents and matching wrap.

Mrs. Robb, the bridegroom's mother, chose a two-piece champagne dress with a beaded and embroidered lace top.

Their corsages featured Burgundy roses, yellow solidago and hypericum.

Reception

Mr. and Mrs. John Leverett and Mrs. Janice C. Leverett were hosts at a reception at the Lake Oconee Shooting Club in Eatonton following the ceremony.

The lodge was beautifully decorated using a fall theme. Fall chrysanthemums and double wrought iron lanterns on the deck added to the beautiful outside view. Inside, tables were decorated with ivory cloths with chocolate brown toppers and large vases of fall berries, dried fruit, miniature pine cones and bales, each topped with a pillar candle. Fall garland and leaves surrounded this setting with votives adding extra light.

Trees held white lights and buffet tables had ivory liners with chocolate brown and gold toppers. A large arrangement of orange and Burgundy gladioli, curly willow, myrtle and ruscus greenery, fallcolored daisies and orange caspia completed the design.

The bar area held a hurricane lantern surrounded with a fall wreath and votives. Silver candelabra were also used.

Guests enjoyed a buffet of heavy hors d'oeuvres.

The bride's table was centered with the four-tiered butter cream confection accented with chocolate filigree designs. A silver "R" surrounded by Burgundy and orange roses and miniature calla lilies topped the cake. The table was covered in ivory with a draped and pinned gold filigree design overlay. Votives and scattered rose petals added to the design. Chocolate brown napkins with an "R," the couple's names and wedding date embossed in gold completed the décor. The couple used the engraved server given to them by his mom. Tiffany Lindsey of Greensboro served the cake.

The bridegroom's cake, made by Mrs. Tommy Saggus of Washington and served by Melissa Toole of Madison, was chocolate and featured a fishing theme. The table displayed pictures of the bridegroom's trophy fishand reels.

The couple danced their first dance to "Unconditional Love" by George Strait. The bride then danced with her father to "I Loved Her First" by Heartland. Music was provided by Rock D Productions of Warner Robins.

Following a honeymoon to Pigeon Forge, Tenn., Mr. and Mrs. Robb are living in Tyrone.
